The normal process after what you have described above is:
1. Apple will send you an email with Subject Line:
iTunes Connect: Version 1.0.6 (1.0.6) for myApp has completed processing. Once this is complete then the next email will arrive:
2. Your Next email will be (with subject line)
Your app (iOS) status is Waiting For Review then if all is accepted you should get:
3. email with subject line:
The status for your app, myApp (1309510583), is now Ready for Sale. Which means that your app will appear in a few hours on all the stores that you have nominated.
If you do not get (3) above, you will receive an email detailing the problem, such as:
iTunes Connect: Your app "myApp" (Apple ID: 1349443522) has one or more issues and the email body will explain what the problems are and what you need to correct before you then need to do the following:
1. Advance your version number by 1 (i.e. 1.0.6 now becomes 1.0.7)
2. Correct the issues stated in your "issues" email.
3. Re-submit your app and wait for the email in number (1) above to come again and then follow the process as the emails come.
Do not worry if you do not get an immediate response - this process takes anything from an hour to 48 hours to complete and then anything from 30 minutes to 4 hours to appear on the store.
