Android Question PullToRefresh - CustomListView

Hi,
I found CustomListView implementation (link https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/b4x-xcustomlistview-pull-to-refresh.94015/#content).
It is ok if my list has many items. With 2,3 items this solutions don't work.
Any ideas?
