This is a related issue about which I sent an email to Erel. I purchased an Enterprise version and received both a confirmation email from Support and a receipt from PayPal. However, the download link in the confirmation email from Support gives a message from the server requesting username and password. I tried several times using the user and password provided in the email, but that didn't work.
My browser is IE8 and I don't know how to fix this particular problem (never had one like it before). So, how do I download my full version (I had a trial copy, but uninstalled it)? Thanks.
