Pushing Adview to top when keyboard pops out

I have seen this on the Urban Dictionary app (screenshot below). When there is no keyboard, the adview is at the bottom. But when you touch the editbox, prompting the keyboard to come out, the adview moves itself to the top of the keyboard.

I realise it will be possible to move the Adview with SetLayout, but the question is how can we know the Top value? Does all Android keyboards have a fixed height?

For now you only views above the EditText will move when you press on the EditText. This is the default 'pan' mode in Android. I will add it to the features list.
