Android Question Put markers to a audio recording

Hi colleagues,

I would like to ask you if using audio library to make an app where theuser put markers
on a live recording eg by pressing a button and then to save recorderd and markers too
so when played the user to be able to jump on one of these particular markers...or it is a meaningless question?

I am really sorry Ethel, I have to make a correction. The real question is if It is possible to put markets to an audio recording using the audio library.

You can use AudioStreamer to create a wave file: https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/t...5-new-audiostreamer-object.30550/#post-177599

I don't think that wav files support any markers. If they do support then you should be able to modify the code and add the markers.

Another option is to create a "meta" file that stores the markers and use it together with the audio file.
