Android Question QRCodeReader v102

Hi All,

I have two questions relating to the QRCodeReaderv102 and if another library exists to address either of the following

1) To process a QR File image rather than or in addition to the camera stream
2) To allow decoding of a QR Code image that was laterally inverted or a mirror image of the proper QR Code
