Android Question Question about external write permission

I have an old outdated paid app using write external permission with maxsdktarget at 14. Surprisingly it makes revenue but can't update it due to missing keystore.

I read the updated Google play policy and was concerned with my app.

More likely it will be removed? Can anyone share some thoughts on this.

In most cases, policy updates affect new or updated apps. Not existing apps that are not being updated.
