Question about Manifest File

If I want to have Internet Access, Access to Bluetooth Device, Access to External and Internal Drives, is there a permission required to be added in the manifest file. Is it necessary to have it in the manifest? Do I have to add them manually or B4A does it automatically?

B4A automatically includes the necessary permissions based on what objects your project uses. Many of these permissions get added when using functions from add-on libraries. For example, if you add the phone library then use the phone object to vibrate the phone, the vibrate permission will be added to the manifest.

You can see the permissions that each object requires in the documentation. For example:
Basic4android - Phone

Note that only when you "dim" an object of that type, the permissions get added.
