FWIW, I've just uploaded a 11MB ipa file and it was uploaded properly. Try it with a different network. Maybe your antivirus breaks something.

I might be wrong in one of these two steps
1. Add the beta tester device UDID to the provision file and download the updated file.
2. Compile your app in release mode, using the development certificate.

These steps are not relevant to this error. It is a network error. You are using the hosted builder, right?
