question on a program ASAP

I have an idea for a game but I am stuck on my options. I need a view that allows me to scroll in both directions with a several buttons.

What are my options? I didn't know if a panel would work?

And also what would the property's have to be set too?

The only view that natively supports scrolling in both directions is WebView.

Ok can i add my own buttons to is or is web view strictly a web viewer?

WebView is strictly a web viewer. For a game I recommend you to use Panel and handle the movement yourself. It is more difficult but it is also more flexible.
