I'm inclined to say no. Check out this page: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jdk8-downloads-2133151.html It doesn't look like Oracle has any JDK 8 builds for ARM for Windows. All the ARM builds are for Linux and all the Windows builds are for x86 or x64.

I'm not quite sure I see the value proposition in Windows 10 on the Pi as it is currently structured. It's a headless OS, restricted to .NET development, without any of the advantages of Windows (RT all over again). I don't think there's even a MinGW port for it. But if you do find any interesting uses for Windows 10 on the Pi, please share it with the forum.

Thanks for the answers, I took a ride on various forums, and as you apparently confirmed that it is not possible to run an app. on rasperry with installed wind. 10.
Hopefully in the future to do something for us because we develop in B4J it would be great. However if I have news about it I'll publish it here in the forum. Thank you all. (sorry google T.)

From what I have read, Win 10 on RPI is really Win 10 for IoT. And as Tom mentions, it's geared towards using their tools only to develop. IMHO - better to use B4J for RAD on RPI and have the advantage of already knowing the language, as well as the ease of setting up and modifying Raspbian. I would bet that Microsoft Windows 10 for IoT on ARM is not open source ... LOL  ....
