Android Question Re-Direct Chrome In SAME TAB

Hi guys 'n gals,

Need to have a Chrome Re-Direct in SAME TAB or, if not possible, then New Tab and CLOSE OLD TAB

Any help is hugely appreciated and there is a reward too
