iOS Question re-sign IOS ipa file

What is the use case? The hosted builder will sign the IPA for you.

Thanks for your answer. Application is not made by me and I have only ipa file. Application is for MiaoMiao 2 from there website https://spike-app.com/#installation with the most difficult installation process. I can install on my iPhone using Cydia Impactor and works but not working on my friend phone (She asked me to help with her and her son phone). I generate embedded.mobileprovision and new ios_Development.cer and now I need re-sign app but I have not XCode.

It is not possible to resign an external IPA with the hosted builder (or a local builder).

As i understand, if you have Mac, you can use codesign.
