Reading 1st & 2nd line of ListView TwoLines

I can figure out how to get the value of the 1st line

and

I can figure out how to get the value of the 2nd line

But I can't figure out how to get both the 1st line and 2nd line of a ListView AddtwoLines or AddTwoLines2.

maybe, since ReturnValue is a Object I can make a list of both lines and then ListView_ItemClick (Value) will be a list I can use.
