Android Question Reading from a shared file

What's the best way to have multiple devices read a common data file? Can I put the data on Google Drive or Google Sheets? Dropbox?

Google Drive should work assuming that there aren't too many devices. Use the public sharing option and download it with OkHttpUtils2.
