B4R Question Reading MFRC522 Manually

Can i Call CardPresentSub Manually ?
for example : i put card on RC522 module , ((set automatic read disable)) , and when i push button , call cardpresentsub.
and i check Ismifare , read card data , calculate block data and write to block again .
