Android Question Receive command and execute code with phone locked, is possible?

Reading that Gemini can now receive commands and execute them even if the phone is locked, I would like to understand if there was also the possibility for us mere mortals to create programs in B4A that can 'hear' the user's voice, and execute code based on the voice inputs received.
