I've looked but can't find a link to get recent posts unless there are no new posts. It would be useful to be able to get the recent posts view at any time. I quite often see a post then search for something to help and forget to open a new window. This means that I have to search for the original post, or go through the forum menus to find it as it's no longer on the new posts view.

I usually do a copy of the link I found to help the op, and use the browser's "go back" button to re-open the thread.
