Android Question recognising informations about usb device

Good evening
I'm trying to connect a generic usb device ( com rs232 ) to phone.
I use FelUsbSerial library compatible with my device.
How do I know if the device was recognized successfully ?

Hello everybody

I use Nixie frequency counter B4A example and when i click on connect button , connexion with usb device are ready.
