The reason may be a picture that is not clear, clean the phone lens, in my case cleaning helped.

The picture is clear and I have no problem recognizing the code. The screenshot is blurry because I have to double tap to take it.

The issue I'm asking is about the red rectangle being drawn outside the barcode.

I don't think I've understood your answer. I already have the latest version of the library. Te red rectangle is drawn, but it has some kind of offset from the barcode. I'm uploading a better image:

The code will only work properly in landscape orientation.
