Is your hosted builder license (user ID) still valid and in-date?

Also did you try the "(Prefer Secondary)" option in Tools -> Server Settings?

I was using version 8.9 and it was working correctly. Now I have both versions 8.9 and 10 installed on my device. I understand that the hosted builder for 8.9 has been terminated, but I am experiencing the same issue with version 10 as well. Additionally, my network currently has no issues.

I would kindly like to ask for guidance on how I can further diagnose this issue, as everything was working correctly before.

So far, I have:

• Verified that there are no network issues
• Temporarily disabled the antivirus (with no change in behavior)
• Confirmed that version 8.9 works correctly when using a local server

Currently, I have both versions 8.9 and 10 installed on the same device. Could there be any conflict between the two versions that might cause this issue in version 10?

Please let me know if there are any additional logs, checks, or configuration steps you recommend.

Make sure that v8.9 is closed and that you are running v10.
You can keep them both on the same computer.

If doesn't work then try to restart pc.
