Wish Remove platforms

Hello,
It would be nice to have the ability to remove the platforms that have been added into B4A AVD Manager by B4A developers.

When B4A AVD Manager was first released, I was playing around with it and added a lot of platforms. The platform combobox is full of platforms that i don't actually need and will never ever use, i just added them whilst first playing about with B4A AVD Manager to see what it can do.

Note that you can remove AVDs created with the AVD Manager. Currently you cannot remove resources added with B4A Sdk Manager (and they affect the list you see).

You can always delete the complete SDK and download a new one. It will not take you more than 15 minutes.
