Remove tabpage

Using the tabhost, I am adding a few tab-pages. Now at a certain point, I would like to remove one of the tab-pages but I can't find a method such as RemoveTab-page. Also setting the Tab-page as not visible could be a solution for me.

Any workaround (perhaps something I missed)?

The only workaround that I can think of is to create a new TabHost and move the panels from the previous TabHost to the new one.
