iOS Question Renewing Apple Developer Membership

Hello Folks,

I guess it's time for me to renew my Apple Developer membership, which I think means I have to get new certificates and all that good stuff.

I have been looking through posts to see if there was an easy 'what you have to do' guide.

I currently have 1 application that uses push notifications, so my question I hope is an easy one, what do I have to do to ensure that my currently posted applications continue to work as normal, and do I need to do to make sure I can continue to update and post my applications? I remember getting the push notification to work to begin with was a pig of a task.

any pointers in how to avoid constantly banging my head against the wall would be appreciated

Darren

Hi,
If it's only a renew, no interuption in your membership, no problem at all with your app.

So I don't need to worry about grabbing new certificates or any of that fun stuff? sounds all too easy!

According to some threats on this forum, it seems you need new certificates if you move to xCode 7.1 and you need to release and upload a new release of your app on Apple store, else I think, no problem at all, continuity for your apps...

Note that you can always revoke old certificates and create new certificates. It doesn't affect the existing apps.
