Maybe it is available in the new console which you have to sign up.

I saw it the other day and wondered why i am not seeing it. It is just top developers who have it for now.

I cant wait for that feature to be given to everyone. I have a couple REALLY stupid reviews where they couldn't be arsed to read directions (or look at the screenshots) then blames me cause they made up their own definition of the word UI and are mad I used the dictionary one.
