Android Question repositories.cfg problem

If I go to load new elements of a android version package in sdk for example android 29 or any other I always get an error message in the log part of the sdk manager as shown in the attached screenshot and nothing is loaded. I need help to solve this problem.

Can't do it because all activities after the error are stopped. For example loading of sdk elements for a higher android versions are not loaded.

Hmmh will monitor it and look why the elements stop loading. Come back if have better information. Thank you
