Request a shortcut and get resulting data

There are several threads on shortcuts and I have succeeded in allowing special shortcuts to be created for my app.

I have an idea for something else in my app but I haven't seen this specific function.

What I want to do now is:

1) Be able to call the 'create shortcut' screen that is built into Android (the one that lists all available shortcuts).
2) Select and configure a shortcut.
3) Receive back the details/elements of the shortcut, but rather than display an actual shortcut anywhere, I just want to save the values in a file.
4) Be able to programmatically execute that shortcut through code rather than the user having to click on a shortcut manually.

I haven't used Tasker or the shortcut plugin available for it but I believe it would be something like that.

Is this possible in B4A? If anyone needs more clarification let me know.
