Android Question Reset time and date of device programmatically

I'm facing big issue when I restart my device(xiom tv box mi) in absent of internet connection.
The time set automatically to 4:00 pm and date to 01/01/2017 Always
So I want to reset it by the code programmatically .
How I can do that?
