Android Question RESOLVED: Why? Debug Screenshot not working

When I connect a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition and enable the bridge, and compile and run debug via USB I can take screenshots and video just fine.

When I connect LG GPad 10.1 LTE and enable the bridge, and compile and run debug via USB it gives an error I have no idea how to diagnose.

Is it simply not possible from the LG, or perhaps there is some way to learn what the problem is, or perhaps something on the LG must be enbled/set in order to do the capture?

Any hints would be hugely appreciated.

The ScreenShot function works only with USB connection not with B4A_Bridge.

That is correct. It is only possible to take a screenshot with USB debug mode (using adb).

Got it. I had been doing some Android Studio on the Samsung and muddled through the USB setup some months back. The LG is new for testing, and so had not obtained the LG USB driver yet. Installed it, and it is working perfectly now. Knowing this works via ADB was key. Thanks to all for the info.
