The next version of B4A will allow to reference AAR files from a compiled library and AAR files can include assets.

My mistake, I had to restart b4a and it worked, but it needs a more intuitive system to create resources in the case of libraries, it would suffice for a list or flag to indicate which files to insert as a resource
