how can i restart or reset to defaults an app?

Where are you saving the app settings?

Sorry... i not sure i understand.
i just have a regular app like always.
i need to restart as i have changed the language and
people can not read the screen to get back to english
so i put a "Reset" button (in english), but it needs to
start the app over (re-load) if possible.

you can save the setting through statemanger module then you can reset to default setting through it

There is no single way to reset an app or reset its state. You can remove all views and then load them again:

Sub CreateLayout
 Page1.RootPanel.RemoveAllViews
 Page1.RootPanel.LoadLayout(...)
