Retina support for Basic4Android IDE?

Hi,
I just started working with Basic4Android on a Windows 8 VM on my Macbook Pro retina.
Basically things work fine, but unfortunately the whole Basic4Android IDE looks blurred. Windows and other windows programs look pin-sharp on the retina display, which makes it a pleasure for long hours of development work.
The blurred IDE on the other hand is very tiring to watch at.

Is there anything that can be done about that? Either through settings (I doubt) or a fix?

Maybe you can set something in the virtual machine configuration? Similar to: KB Parallels
