iOS Question rgb from designer not matching other sources

Hello,

I have set a rgb color of 191,255,255 for a panel. It is pretty a blue color in my app. But when I enter this values into paint or photoshop or any other source on the internet for colors , It is like an aqua. What am i doing wrong here that colors are not matching the real ones ?

oh my god , my mistake . I read the rgb as 191.255.255 instead 0,191,255 . Sorry you can delete the post if you like.
