Android Question RPI3 Hotspot and Android Things

Hi,
I would like to use my app on RPI3 with Anddroid Things.
I loaded my app with autostart succesfull.
To use my app, I need to set, create and launch a hotspot (only for wifi sharing, without internet data).
Android things have a minimal GUI (without hotspot/tethering settings)?
I tried some libraries from Erel info as below, but with problems.

Is it possible to set, create and launch an hotspot (only for wifi sharing, without internet data) with Android Things 1.0 ?

It looks like it should be possible to create a local only hotspot. I can help you if it is relevant.
