iOS Question Run B4I App on a macbook without the simulator

The title sounds a bit strange, but I have the following problem. Since Apple put their own chips in macbooks, you can also use ipad and iphone apps on macos. The problem is that I have a bug in one of my apps that only occurs on the macbook and makes the app unusable because you can't add new groups, in the iPhone and iPad simulator or on a real device this bug does not occur, only on the macbook. Since I can't get the bug removed, I need to find a way to test the app on the macbook without uploading a new build every time.
Is that possible?

You might be able to do it by opening the generated project with Xcode. Then change the project settings to target Mac. Compile the app in release mode.
