B4J Question Running the Stand Alone Exe doesn't work

I used the "Build Standalone Package" feature and created the executable with the 4 folders. I copied these files and structure to another computer, it won't run. It keeps saying "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item." But if I run the file "run_debug.bat" file, it works. Am I missing a step? Oh, and yes, I install the java on that computer already. Thanks in advance.

Build Standalone Package has packaged its own JRE， in theory, you don't need to install Java on that computer.
1.Try running the exe as administrator.
