Samsung Galaxy S3 builds differences (m0) & (m3)

Hello,
I googled around but wasn't able to find the differences between the m0 and m3 builds. Perhaps do you know them ?

The reason is that I have different behaviours between both of them even if they look exactly the same.

Do you think it is related to the Samsung builds ? I can only see references to the microcontroller

Nope it is not related to samsung builds, but its defining the difference in cortex M0 vs M3
