Android Question SaveCsv Error

I got error java.lang.ClassCastException: java.lang.String cannot be cast to java.lang.String[] when trying savecsv. Anyone can help me ? Please.

Never use File.DirDefaultExternal. Search for "runtime permissions" for more information.

This is the mistake: rows.AddAll(Arr)
AddAll expands the array and adds multiple items. You need to use Add:

rows.Add(arr)
'or nicer:
rows.Add(Array As String(ob, co, dw))

That's the expected output of an array of strings. Remove Log(rows) and you won't see it.

            Log(Arr(j))

 Log(list)

Are you trying to say something like this or am I bucking your train of thought and messing with your solution?

No. Lists behave differently than arrays. Log(YourList) will provide a nice output with all the list items.

If you do want to log each item separately:

For Each row() As String in rows
 For Each Item As String In row
   Log(Item)
  Next
