Android Question Scale

I have a client who has a tablet with:

TABLET 1
Asus Memo Pad 10 K00F ; 
752 tall, 
1280 Wide, 
1 scale, 
9.2784 approx screen size. (Works fine)

TABLET 2
Asus Transformer Pad TF700T ; 
1128 tall, 1920 wide, 
1.5 scale, 
9.2784 approx screen size. 
Font size says "Normal" (Has the Problems.)

The exact same program running on both tablets result in the attached .jpg.
The buttons and other views are all distorted on the lower image.
I notice there is a 1.5 scale on the second tablet.
Is there a way to adjust the scale (or whatever is affecting this) to 1.0 so both tablets look the same?

Unfortunately you don't give enough information.
How and where are the layouts defined ?
Are you using absolute pixels or dip values ?
Do you use the Anchor function ?
etc.
