Android Question Screenshot from IDE not working on Nexus 5X device with Android 8.1.0

Anyone else has this effect on Nexus 5X devices with the last update to Android 8.1.0 ?

The screenshot window shows either an old image or an empty area.

Interesting is that the screenshot works with this commands:

adb shell screencap -p /sdcard/screen.png
adb pull /sdcard/screen.png

Works fine here. Are you using B4A Sdk Manager?

Yes, SDK manager version 3.20 from IDE 7.80

Additional info: When Android Studio starts it updates the SDK also.

Could the C:\Android structure be messed up?

You shouldn't use the same SDK for B4A and Android Studio. You should install B4A SDK in a new folder.

Since the FTP server feature was added to B4A-Bridge I find it more convenient to take a screenshot or video directly on the device and then get it with Tools - B4A-Bridge - File Explorer.

I too have had the same issue in the past, but I never reported it as a bug. I'm running 8.1.0 on a 6P,

No change with fresh install in seperate SDK folder for B4A.

Since my Workstation and the device's Wifi are in different networks (yy1.... and yy2...) I can't go the B4A-Bridge way.

My mistake. It doesn't work. The previous screenshot confused me. I will check it.
