Android Question Scroll ScrollView in Scrollview

Hi.
I add scroll view in ScrollView.Panel
I can scroll parent ScrollView but child not scroll.
How scroll it?

I can use two scrollview in scrollview but i should be use mutlitouch for scroll
i click on scroll view with finger and hold it and with another finger scroll it.
