Android Question Scroll view does not work past grey area in designer screen

Without seeing your code how do expect us to help you?
The best practice is to post a small project as a zip file (IDE file menu Export As Zip) showing the problem.
So see what exactly you have done, test it in the same conditions as you do to find the problem.

Sorry nvm i got it, but one more question. Is there a way to make the app scale to all device screen sizes? To make it responsive to all displays?

In the Designer, you should use AutoScale and Anchors.
