Scrollable panel

I am making a list app and am wondering if a scrollable panel or canvas is possible.

Let me guess:

I reply with have a look at ScrollView, as this can contain panels.

You then request examples and code.

It has helped me a lot although a horizontal scrollview similar to the vertical one would be great this will suffice until one is implemented. It really is a nice piece of code.
