Android Question Scrolling EditText like TextView

I am trying to make my EditText scroll like a TextView. Right now if you type so many lines it hides the top of the text and I am unable to view it. On the Textview you are able to scroll to the top or bottom. What would be the best way to achieve this?

So this EditText is for a Form so they will need to click on it and add text to it and also edit if they like mispelled or wanted to add more text.

Im looking for something like the B4i TextView
