Android Question Scrolling lines on open application

Hi,

On opening my app I got a Scrolling line from up to bottom (like a refresh) twice. Only when the app is not or no longer in memory (closed).

Can not find a reason.
Could starting a Service something to do with this?
Other suggestions to look for?

Any help will be appriciated.

If it was a short program I would do. This is a complex project.

On my Phone (8.0.0) it doesnot happen, only on my Samsung Tab A 2019 (9). It may be has to do something with AutoScaleAll.

Because it is only the first time, it is accetable. I only hoped someone has the same experiance and found the reason.
