Wish Scrollview's in designer

When can we can expect to be able to add views to a scrollview in the designer?

You can add views onto a Panel higher than the screen and load this layout into the ScrollView.Panel.

It would be very handy if the scrollview's panel could be exposed in the designer, so we could then add views to it.
