Android Question SD_TwoIconTextView: How to change icon & color?

I'd like to change the second icon of the SD_TwoIconTextView to perhaps a question mark and also change the color depending on some variable, for example, change it to red if there is no content and then green when content is available e.g. on keypress.

Is this possible?

At the moment it is not possible to change the FontAwesone font of the confirmation button, in the color.
It may be possible in a later update
