Android Question SDK Manager - "Warning: Failed to read or create install properties"

I´m trying SDK update and shows this message: Warning: Failed to read or create install properties.
What is happening?

Does the update fail? If not then you can ignore this message.

Stoped after this message.
What can i do?

Download the "ready to run" SDK and then update the new SDK.
