Android Question SDK Manager

When reinstalling B4A, I did everything according to the instructions.
In the folder in the Android folder, instead of the recommended (on the left) list of files, I got this (on the right).

I registered the necessary paths. When I try to open SDK Manager, the file C:\Android\tools\bin\sdkmanager.bat is not found
How to fix?

Point to
C:\Android\cmdline-tools\bin\sdkmanager.bat

It looks that you didn't downloaded the new Android SDK from the link included in the instructions.

It looks that you didn't downloaded the new Android SDK
Instead of commandlinetools-win-9123335_latest.zip, I downloaded android-studio-2022.3.1.20-windows.zip.
Reinstalled, everything is OK. Thank you!
