I received a message during I did mobile app upgrade new version.

before this update I won't encounter the error before.

This is a company Mobile Apps.

from start developed app, I nothing do setting for the app project.

is this cause this issue?

based on the image you are not using a Private Signkey. You should create one.

after create a private sign key, another error message popup. called "CuckooND contains malware. It may harm your device".

Always use a private sign key. It is probably a false positive detection which you should ignore.
